Overview
What this programme is
Hoops for Change is PHB's targeted engagement programme, designed with local authorities, youth services, housing providers and charities to reach young people who are not engaged by mainstream sport or youth provision.
What's included
- Court-based sessions in accessible local venues
- Consistent weekly delivery to build trust and routine
- Small-group work alongside open-access play
- Positive role modelling and structured conversations
- Attendance tracking and qualitative feedback capture
- Partnership working with local referral routes

- Engagement of young people not reached by existing provision
