Founder

From Professional Basketball to Developing the Next Generation

Pro Hoops Blueprint was founded by Coach Shane, a former professional basketball player, England international and NCAA Division I Champion.

Across more than a decade in professional basketball, Shane experienced the discipline, resilience, teamwork and leadership required to perform at the highest level.

PHB was created to take those lessons beyond the basketball court.

Today, PHB uses basketball and sport to help young people develop confidence, skills and positive aspirations while creating meaningful opportunities within communities.
