Intellectual property

Programme names, session materials, written content and branding on this website belong to PRO HOOPS BLUEPRINT LTD unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced without permission.

Service terms

• All programmes are confirmed by written agreement setting out dates, venues, group sizes, staffing and fees.
• Fees, payment terms and invoicing arrangements.
• Cancellation, postponement and non-delivery terms.
• The commissioning organisation remains responsible for venue suitability, pupil or participant supervision ratios where applicable, and disclosure of relevant medical or behavioural information.
• PHB is responsible for the conduct, competence and safeguarding compliance of its own coaching staff.

Liability

PHB holds insurance as detailed on the Safeguarding & Policies page. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing. Jurisdiction confirmation.

Review and contact

This document is reviewed at least annually, or sooner following an incident, a change in legislation, or a change in PHB's delivery. Date of last review: 7th September 2026. Date of next review: 7th September 2027.
