What We Look For

You do not need to be an elite player

We value character, communication and reliability as much as basketball knowledge. Whether you are an experienced coach or starting out, there may be a role for you.

  • Enthusiasm for working with young people
  • Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
  • Willingness to complete safeguarding and DBS checks
  • Basketball knowledge is welcome; formal qualifications are not always required
  • Commitment to inclusive, positive coaching
